The Australian Defence Force will invest in new killer drones which is described as being a game changer.

The successful use of the United States-made ‘Switchblade’ in the Ukraine war to fend off Russian invaders is seen as the answer to Australia’s deteriorating defence capabilities.

The Defence Department would not comment on the cost or how many of the drones would be acquired.
