Behind positive gains for shares of UnitedHealth and Amgen, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is climbing Wednesday afternoon. The Dow was most recently trading 114 points (0.3%) higher, as shares of UnitedHealth and Amgen have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday rally.
