
Rafael Consing named presidential adviser —LinkedIn photo
MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. has tapped the long-time chief financial officer (CFO) of Razon-led International Container Terminal Services Incorporated (ICTSI) as his presidential adviser on investment and economic affairs.
The Presidential Communications Office (PCO) confirmed on Thursday that Marcos has named Rafael Consing Jr. as his presidential adviser on investment and economic affairs.
“Yes,” the PCO said when asked to confirm Consing’s appointment.
Consing has worked with Multinational Investment Bancorp., HSBC, and other financial firms.

He also served as a director of Manila Water Incorporated.
