TROY — River Street Market, the food court on the first floor of the historic Hedley building along the Hudson River waterfront, this weekend welcomes two new vendors, and an existing operator is adding brunch service.
Starting Saturday, May 7, the new vendors will be Organa Juice Bar, serving juices, parfaits and plant-based meals; and Collar City Mac Shac, with mac-n-cheese snacks, sandwiches and waffles, as well as loaded bowls with mac-n-cheese or potato as a base and a variety of protein options. Hours for Saturday’s grand opening are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Another new vendor, Soul Delicious, was originally announced as opening Saturday as well but remains under development and will debut in the coming weeks, according to a market representative.
